To benefit from the beneficiary rates under the General Healthcare System (GESI / ΓεΣΥ) for your specialist consultation with Dr. Ioannou Giannis, a valid referral from your Personal Doctor (PD) or another institutional specialist must be issued in the GESI portal before your appointment day. Patients attending appointments without an active, system-validated referral will be subject to standard private consultation fees, in compliance with Cyprus Ministry of Health regulations.
